Chapel Services

“The heartbeat of Bethel College"

As a Christian college, Bethel prioritizes and promotes spiritual expression — it is our mission to train you to be ambassadors for Christ. Chapel is often referred to as “the heartbeat of Bethel College," uniting the Bethel community for a time of worship through music and teaching.

To do this, we ensure that you have access to opportunities, resources, and experiences that allow you to engage Christ and a community of believers through a variety of formats. From chapel services to Bible study groups to charitable service opportunities, spiritual strengthening awaits you.

Chapel programs include guest speakers, musical and dramatic groups, extended praise and worship times, faculty testimonies, as well as a variety of series presentations.

During the fall semester, a Spiritual Emphasis Week is held, offering services every morning and in the evenings from Monday through Thursday. The spring semester includes both a World Christian Action Conference and a Deeper Life Conference.

Chapel attendance is required for full-time students and encouraged of part-time students taking seven hours or less.

Broadcast begins at 10 a.m. Available on campus only. This requires Windows Media Player to view. Find the Mac user download here. Technical support will not be available for this service while Chapel is in progress.
